Protein boost balls

8 balls for the full recipe includes 5 g protein / ball

  • 35 g almonds

  • 35 g walnuts

  • 2 tbsp oats

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 2 tbsp hempseeds

  • 2tbsp pumpkinseeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 5-6 fresh picked dates

  • 1-2 tsp water ( add until they can be formed into balls)

  • 2 pinch of salt


    Mix all the dry ingredients into crunch. Then add the dates and water and mix until they can be formed to balls. Then place in the freezer and you have a ready snack

Chia yoghurt

2 dl serving includes 27 g protein

1-2 dl full fat greek yoghurt

1-2 tbsp chia seeds

Mix and leave for 5-10 minutes

Top with fruits/ berries, walnuts and pumpkin seeds.

Boiled eggs

Two eggs includes 12-14 g protein.

Sync´s Elevated green smoothie

1 portion inkludes 40 g protein

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 tsp pure matcha powder

  • 3 tbsp pure pea protein

  • 1/2 cup pure greek yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

    Add all ingredients except nuts to blender and blitz
    Transfer to glass, sprinkle with nuts, extra nut butter.
