Peachy Zucchini Toast

Sour dough bread
Cream cheese/ Ricotta/ Burrata
Peach / Cantalop melon / Pear
Zucchini
Fresh herbs as oregano/ basil/ thymes
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Toast your sour dough bread
Slice the peach and zucchini thinly
Then spread a layer of creme cheese/ ricotta on top of the breads. Then layer with zucchini and peach. Top with fresh herbs, salt, pepper and drizzle some olive oil on top.
