Boosting Morning Bowl

Embracing a positive start to the day is a core principle for us. Beginning with a wholesome breakfast, rich in proteins, fibers, and healthy fats made from Whole Foods. Our boosting morning bowl is made for a nourishing start of the day. Designed for a steady glucose release, this bowl combines proteins, fats, and the goodness of oats. Oats itself is not that nutrient dense, although it contains the fibre beta- glucans promoting healthy bowel movement. Hens why we add the nutrients dense seeds, nuts, berries and the egg to provide this bowl with essential proteins, healthy fats and nutrients. All these components promote balanced glucose levels, which is fundamental for sustained energy throughout the day and mainly important for our overall health and wellbeing.


1 bowl

10 minutes

  • 1 dl / 40 g oats

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1-2 tsp flaxseeds

  • 1/2 tsp honey / 1 fresh picked date

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 dl water

  • 1 free range organic egg

Toppings:

  • Blueberries

  • Banana

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Cashews

  • Nut butter

Combine oats, coconut, seeds, water, and salt in a pot. Simmer the mixture on low heat, then add the honey/ date. Stir continuously during simmering. Once thickened, introduce the egg and stir until well-blended, allowing the oats to thicken again. Keep stirring the entire time. When the oats become fluffy and thickened, it's ready. Top with the toppings and enjoy your morning.
