Boosting Morning Bowl

1 dl / 40 g oats
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp flaxseeds
1/2 tsp honey / 1 fresh picked date
Pinch of salt
2 dl water
1 free range organic egg
Toppings:
Blueberries
Banana
Pumpkin seeds
Cashews
Nut butter
Combine oats, coconut, seeds, water, and salt in a pot. Simmer the mixture on low heat, then add the honey/ date. Stir continuously during simmering. Once thickened, introduce the egg and stir until well-blended, allowing the oats to thicken again. Keep stirring the entire time. When the oats become fluffy and thickened, it's ready. Top with the toppings and enjoy your morning.
