Favorite Dip

We just love this sundried tomato dip and it's the perfect thing to have prepped for when having guests over to serve as a pre dinner “mingle” snack. It's also filled with fibers and protein which is a perfect way to start a meal for your glucose balance.

We love to serve this with carrot sticks and some kind of crisp.


1 bowl

15 minutes

  • 1 pack / 180 g of white beans

  • 5 sundried tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp basil and / or parsley

  • 1/2 tsp honey/ agave

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Chiliflakes

    Mix until smooth and serve with carrot sticks, and some crisps.
