Creamy Avo, Muhammar Bowl

This salad is pure magic, the Muhammar is everything ! A must try.

Other than that did you know that quinoa is one of few plant based foods that contains all nine essential amino acids? That’s one reason of many to love quinoa, We love to add it to our salads together with creamy dressings. !


4 portion

35 minutes

  • 4 portions quinoa

  • 150 g crumbled feta cheese

  • Leaafy greens

  • 1 peach / apple

  • 1 big / 2 small avocados

Muhammar:

  • 1 roasted bell pepper

  • 1/2 dl cashews / walnuts/ hazelnuts

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 tbsp s basil and / or parsley

  • 1/2 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Chiliflakes

    Turn the oven on 180 degrees and roast the bell pepper and garlic clove with some olive oil salt and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
    Meanwhile boil the quinoa.
    Slice up the peach, greens and avocado.
    When the bell pepper is roasted, mix togheter with the other ingredients for the Muhammar, until smooth.
    Now plate your salad, start with leafy greens, quinoa, peach, avocado then the Muhammar and finish with crumbled feta cheese on top.
