Cookie Dough Balls
10-12 balls
10 minutes + minimum 1 hour in freezer
1 dl natural almonds / cashews
30 g oats
5-6 fresh( important) picked dates
1 tsp coconut oil/ real butter/ ghee
Pinch of salt
Splash of water
Mix the nuts and oats into a crunchy flour.
Then add the dates, coconut oil, salt and a little bit of water.
And mix into a thick batter in a food processor.
Form into balls and place in the freezer for minimum 1 hour before serving them.
