Cookie Dough Balls

These actually tastes like cookie dough and I mean who doesn't love that. These are to die for and perfect to stash in the freezer ready for you when getting a sweet tooth. They are also loaded with nutrients and feel good foods to promote a healthy vibrant life.


10-12 balls

10 minutes + minimum 1 hour in freezer

  • 1 dl natural almonds / cashews

  • 30 g oats

  • 5-6 fresh( important) picked dates

  • 1 tsp coconut oil/ real butter/ ghee

  • Pinch of salt

  • Splash of water

Mix the nuts and oats into a crunchy flour.

Then add the dates, coconut oil, salt and a little bit of water.

And mix into a thick batter in a food processor.

Form into balls and place in the freezer for minimum 1 hour before serving them.
