Black Bean Burrito Plate
2 portion

2 portions of rice of your choice
1 pack / 230 g rinsed black beans
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 bell pepper
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
Chili flakes
Salt and pepper
Olive Oil / Ghee
Leafy greens
Baby tomatoes
Crumbled feta
Start with boiling your rice.
Then chop up the onion and bell pepper.
Fry the onion and the bell pepper on medium heat until soften.
Then add the black beans and the spices.
Mush the beans a little bit and let them simmer for some minutes.
Prepp the leafy greens, tomato and feta cheese.
When the rice is cooked and the beans are cooked, serve togheter with the greens, tomatoes and crumbled feta.
