Cashew Chia Pudding

10 minutes + 30 minutes
A handful of natural cashews
3 dl water
1/2 banana
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 dl pumkin seeds
Pinch of salt, cardamom and vanilla

Mix the nuts into a flour. Then add the water and banana. And mix into a smooth “milk”.
Blend together with the rest of the ingredients and put in the fridges for 30 minutes or overnight.
Serve it with fruits, berries, nut and seeds of your choice.
