Cashew Chia Pudding

This breakfast is filled with fibers and healthy fats. All promoting a healthy overall wellbeing. These foods has a positive effect on your gut health, hormone health, metabolism, glucose levels and more. Starting your day with a nutritious meal is key for our overall health.


1 portion

10 minutes + 30 minutes

  • A handful of natural cashews

  • 3 dl water

  • 1/2 banana

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 dl pumkin seeds

  • Pinch of salt, cardamom and vanilla

  • Boost with? Probiotics and collagen

Mix the nuts into a flour. Then add the water and banana. And mix into a smooth “milk”.

Blend together with the rest of the ingredients and put in the fridges for 30 minutes or overnight.

Serve it with fruits, berries, nut and seeds of your choice.
