Chocolate Chip Cookies
8 cookies
2 dl / 85 g oats
1 dl/ 50 g almond flour
1/2 dl / 20 g coconut flakes
50 g real butter ( room tempered)
3 tbs agave syrup
1 organic free range egg
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt + on top
50 g dark chocolate
Turn on the oven on 175 degrees Celsius
Mix the oats into a flour. Then add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate.
Blend until itβs a smooth dough and the butter is mixed with the batter.
Chop the chocolate into chunks and add to the batter.
Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Then form the cookies into cookie shapes on a baking sheet and sprinkle some sea salt on top aswell.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until they are golden.
