Matcha Cookie Bites
We love to have these kinds of goodie bites in the freezer and these matcha cookie bites are next level! 1 dl natural nuts ( we mixed cashew and walnuts)
30 g oats
5 fresh picked dates
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tsp coconut oil
1-2 tsp matcha powder
A pinch of salt
Mix the nuts and oats into a crunchy flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix into a dough. Form into balls and place in the freezer.
