Apple Pb Oatmeal

This bowl of oats is our latest obsession! It's so creamy, tastes delicious and filled with feel good foods. We add an egg, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, walnuts and nut butter to make this breakfast bowl glucose balanced and more nutrient dense. This will make you feel full for a longer time and more balanced for the rest of the day due to the healthy proteins, fibers and fats.

10 minutes

  • 1 dl oats

  • 2 dl water

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 1/2 tsp honey

  • 2 dl water

  • 1 free range organic egg

  • Pinch of salt

    Toppings:

  • 1/2 apple

  • 1/2 banana

  • Walnuts

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Nut butter

  • Pinch of salt

Add all of the ingredients except the egg to the pot, simmer on low heat until thickening. Then add the egg and stir it into the oats. Let the oats simmer and when thickened again it's ready. Top with the apple, nuts, seeds and nut butter,
