Blueberry Boost Pie

Blueberries are a superfood boosting us inside out with it’s anti-inflammatory traits. They are packed with antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which give them their vibrant blue color and contribute to their numerous health benefits. These antioxidants help combat oxidative stress in the body, reducing the risk of chronic diseases and inflammation. Therefor there is no reason not bake this boosted blueberry pie, make it to your loved ones and eat it with a calm soul and loving heart.

  • 300 g blueberries

  • 2 dl oats

  • 1/2 dl pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 dl natural nuts

  • 50 g butter

  • 6 fresh picked dates

  • Pinch of salt and vanilla

  • Greek fullfat yoghurt

Place the berries in a baking form.

Mix the oats, nuts, seeds, butter, dates, salt and vanilla into a crumble. The place on top of the berries.

Bake in the oven on 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Whip the greek yoghurt with some vanilla and serve with the warm pie.
