Roasted Veggies, Kebab and Muhammar bowl

We just love this dish, it’s perfect for either weekdays or weekends. It’s so flavorful and taste absolutely amazing, at the same time as it’s all made from wholesome ingredients from Whole Foods and created with only love for our bodies.

Ingredients

To roast:

500 g thinly sliced potatoes

300 g thinly sliced sweet potato

1/2 sliced cauliflower

4 sliced carrots

+ other optional veggies

1 red bell pepper ( roughly chopped)

1/2 full garlic

Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper

Kebab:

500-700 g minced beef

1 chopped onion & garlic

1 egg

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp paprika powder

3 tsp dried herbs

Salt & pepper

Muhammar:

The roasted bell pepper and garlic from the oven

A handful of natural cashew/ walnuts/ hazelnuts

1 tsp apple cidervinager

1 tsp agave

Chili

Salt & pepper

Base:

Lettuce

Your choice of veggies:

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Strawberries / apple

+ yoghurt / feta etc.

  • Turn the oven on 200 degrees,

  • Slice or chop up the roasted veggies etc.

  • Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until roasted.

  • Start with the Kebab, chop finely, garlic and onion, add the egg, spices and the beef and blend it togheter before forming to patties / kebabs.

  • Pan fry the patties until they got a little but of “colour” and let them rest in the oven until everything is cooked.

  • Make the salad :)

  • Take out the bell pepper and garlic from the oven and mix togheter with a blender with the rest of the ingredients, taste and add spices.

    Serve with a base of crispy salad, roasted veggies and potatoes, the kebabs, and the Muhammar and some yoghurt on the side.
