Ingredients
3 tbsp or 3/4 dl boiled quinoa
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of salt
1-2 dl water
1 date
1 egg
Toppings:
Homemade strawberry chia jam ( mushed strawberries + chia seeds)
Blueberries
Strawberries
Almond butter
Pumpkin seeds
Add all the ingredients except the egg in a pot, cut the date into small chunks. Let it simmer on the stove until thickened. Add the egg and stir it into the porridge. Let it thickened again while stirring the porridge.
Then top with berries, almond butter and seeds ( or what you like or have at home )
