Hair Strengthening Smoothie

This recipe contains ingredients that are believed to promote hair health. Greek yogurt is rich in protein, which is essential for hair strength. Blueberries are packed with antioxidants that support scalp health. Cauliflower provides vitamins and minerals that contribute to hair growth. Coconut water hydrates the scalp, and lemon juice adds vitamin C for collagen production. Collagen is known to support hair structure, and hemp seeds provide omega-3 fatty acids that nourish hair follicles and essential proteins!

1 banan

2 tbsp greek yoghurt

3 tbsp frozen blueberries

2 p frozen cauliflower bouquet

3 tbsp coconut water

1/2 lemon juice

1-2 tbsp collagens

2 tbsp hempseeds
