Chicken Fajita Tacos

These chicken fajita tacos are pure magic and so good and it doesn't take more than 30 minutes to make, so you just have to make these! They are rich in protein which we know by now is important for our overall health and wellbeing. We love these simple but yet so delicious foods that boost us from inside out.


4-6 portions

30 minutes

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 2 peppers

  • 1 onion

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 big  / 2 small avocado

  • 1 fresh mango

  • 1 chili

  • 2 limes

  • Crispy salad

  • Yoghurt

  • Coriander

  • Crumbled feta

  • Tortilla breads

Spices

  • 1 tbsp Cumin

  • 3 tsp Garlic powder

  • 2 tsp Paprika

  • 2 tsp Cayenne peppar

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Slice the peppers, the onion and garlic. Fry in olive oil with salt and pepper until soften. Put the veggie mix to the side.

Slice the chicken and fry in a pan with all of the spices.

When the chicken is frying, cut up the mango, avocado, chili and mix into salsa, press lime on top and spice with some salt and pepper.

Prepp the salad, yoghurt, and crumble the feta.

When the chicken is finished build your tacos!
