  • 1 banana

  • 4 free range organic eggs

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds/ hemp seeds

  • A pinch of salt

  • Butter / coconut oil for frying

You can also flavor your pancakes with cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, saffron, vanilla, etc. for extra flavor

Examples of toppings:

  • Berries

  • Apple, banana, mango, papaya, peach

  • Greek yoghurt/ coconut yoghurt

  • Nutbutter

  • Nuts and seeds

  • Coconut

  • Cinnamon and cardamom

    Mix the eggs, banana, seeds and salt into a pancake batter. Fry into pancakes on medium heat. Serve with your choice of toppings.
