1. Eat enough ♥️

2. Take care of yourself and reduce the stress in your life, stress often leads to hair loss 💆🏼

3. Finish your shower with cold water and your hair will be shining ✨

4. To avoid frizz, blow dry your hair with a round brush 🤎

5. Always protect your hair! ❤️‍🩹 with heat and UV protection

The factors causing hair loss is stress in different forms:

The most common reasons are,

•Lack of sleep

•Overwork

•Restricted eating

•Excess amount of exercise

•Smoking

•Alcohol ( more than 4 drinks per week)

💡A lifestyle with no possibility for spontaneous recovery

This is affecting our bodies on cellular levels and leads to dysregulation of the hair cycles. 💆🏼
