Quick Halloumi Tacos

Quick lunch taco 🌮
Filled with veggies, crispy halloumi, mango and nut crunch 💛


2 portions

Ingredients:
Corn tortillas
1 halloumi
1/2 bell pepper
4 cm kale/ cabbage
1/2 zucchini
4 tbsp mango
1 lime
Almonds

Spices:
Honey
Cayenne
Paprika powder
Herbsalt
Garlic powder
Cumin

Cut the veggies and fry in a pan with the spices.
Then fry the halloumi with a drizzle of honey until crispy.

Add the veggies and halloumi to your taco and top with mango, lime, tomato and some chunks of nuts.
