Banana Blueberry Muffins ( Kids friendly)

The perfect snack or “fika” for the whole family.

Ingrediens:

1 banana

1 dl almond flour

1 dl frozen bluberries

1/2 dl coconut flakes

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

2 tbsp natural kefir / yoghurt

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon / cardamom

1/3 tsp vanilla powder

( Optional: Salt)

  • Turn the oven on 190 degrees.

  • Place a oven tray with muffins tins.

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixer except the blueberries. Blend them carefully in the batter afterwards.

  • Add the batter into the muffin tins and place in the oven for 10-15 min.
