Roasted Feta Dip

This Dip is the perfect “pre dinner snack” or to serve as a side to your dinner plate

Ingredient:

150 g feta

2 dl greek yoghurt

1 tbsp fresh basil

1 tsp dried herbs

Salt & Pepper

1 conference pear

3 tbsp pumpkin seeds or almonds

1/2 lemon ( cest)

  • Heat the oven on 180 degrees with the grill effect.

  • Slice the pear in thin slices.

  • Put a baking sheet in an oven tray, add the pear, crumble the feta on one side of the tray and add the seeds / nuts on the other side.

  • Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or when the feta is a little bit golden and the pear is a little roasted

  • Blend the feta with the yoghurt, herbs, salt and pepper. It should be a little bit chunky.

  • Top with the pear and seeds. lemon zest, salt and pepper.

Serve with some crisps or bread of your choice!
