VV´s Banana Bread Bites

If you want to convince a sceptic that “healthy food isn't good” make them this and they will change their minds!

Ingredient:

3 dl oat flour

3 dl almond flour

3 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of vanilla powder, salt & cinnamon

3-4 bananas

2 tbsp real butter/ coconut oil

1 dl milk of your choice

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar ( don’t skip, this makes it fluffy)

Toppings:

Greek yoghurt

Honey

Berries

  • Heat the oven on 180 degrees

  • Blend all of the dry ingredients together.

  • Mix the bananas smooth

  • Now add the bananas & the rest of the ingredients with the dry ingredients & blend into a batter

  • Place it in a baking form wrapped in baking paper. ( or a bread form)

  • Bake in the oven for 35- 40 minutes if doing bites, 45- 50 minutes if doing a “normal” bread.

  • Let the bread rest and then slice it and serve with the toppings 🫐
