VV´s Banana Bread Bites

Ingredient:
3 dl oat flour
3 dl almond flour
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of vanilla powder, salt & cinnamon
3-4 bananas
2 tbsp real butter/ coconut oil
1 dl milk of your choice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar ( don’t skip, this makes it fluffy)
Toppings:
Greek yoghurt
Honey
Berries
Heat the oven on 180 degrees
Blend all of the dry ingredients together.
Mix the bananas smooth
Now add the bananas & the rest of the ingredients with the dry ingredients & blend into a batter
Place it in a baking form wrapped in baking paper. ( or a bread form)
Bake in the oven for 35- 40 minutes if doing bites, 45- 50 minutes if doing a “normal” bread.
Let the bread rest and then slice it and serve with the toppings 🫐
